Shipping policy
At Luminessa, we carefully prepare and package every order before sending it on its way to you.
UK Delivery
We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland.
Standard UK Delivery
- Parcels up to 2kg: £3.95
- Parcels over 2kg: £6.95
Orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Please allow approximately 2–4 working days for delivery once your order has been dispatched.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation when your order has been sent. Where tracking information is available, this will be included in your dispatch notification.
Order Processing
We aim to prepare and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Delivery estimates begin from the date your order is dispatched, rather than the date your order is placed.
During particularly busy periods, launches, promotions, bank holidays or seasonal events, dispatch and delivery may take slightly longer than usual.
Northern Ireland
We deliver to Northern Ireland at the same £3.95 standard UK delivery rate.
Orders to Northern Ireland are sent using Royal Mail and may occasionally take slightly longer to arrive depending on the destination and Royal Mail's network.
Delivery Delays
While we do everything we can to ensure your order arrives promptly, delivery times are estimates and delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control.
If your parcel appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us at info@luminessa.co.uk and we will be happy to help.
Incorrect Delivery Address
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@luminessa.co.uk. We will do our best to amend the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been processed or dispatched.
We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
Missing or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, or you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us at info@luminessa.co.uk with your order number and details of the issue.
For damaged deliveries, please include photographs of the parcel, packaging and damaged item where possible so that we can investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
